'BUILD YOUR LANGUAGE’ is an exhibition showcasing work from the current Level 3 Foundation Diploma Art & Design students at Colchester Institute.

Each student has selected a key piece of work created in the initial 6 weeks of the course. During this early stage, students have explored diverse approaches to building their own visual language. The diagnostic nature of this project has encouraged students to be playful and explore a range of materials, techniques and processes, whilst expanding their creative confidence. This exhibition shines a light on the experimental nature of their work and marks a key point in each student’s creative journey.
