The "Call Me by My Name" workshop draws inspiration from 'André Aciman's timelessly relevant novel, ‘Call Me by Your Name’, and instils the themes of longing, identity, and honesty that are so prevalent within the writing.

From an identity and self-acceptance perspective, "Call Me by My Name" presents an interactive process drama workshop exploring personal narratives, societal expectations, and the limits of self-expression. Participants will engage with thoughtful and challenging exercises through improvisation, role-play, and storytelling focused on identity, mental health and well-being, and belonging.

In a safe and creative space, participants will be able to express themselves freely, question stereotypes, and develop emotional resilience.
