Opening on Sundays 10am-3pm from Sunday 6 October

The East Anglian Folklore Centre is based in one of our upstairs rooms and is intended to be a space to gather, share the stories connected to this landscape and to inspire the creating and telling of new ones.

The centre is the work of local artists and folklorists Bethan Briggs-Miller & Gemma Oakley. By creating this space we hope to turn our passion for the Folklore, Art and Custom of East Anglia into a centre that can grow into a collaborative and exciting new asset for the region.

The room will contain a research library, a small shop and a children's area, and it will also host workshops and small exhibitions.

We hope to become an active and involved part of the wonderful Minories community, which offers the perfect setting to think about the re-enchantment of our region.
