We are delighted to present a series of three workshops by acclaimed artist Ruth Philo.
Inspired by the Anglian Abstract exhibition at The Minories, featuring a breadth of abstract artists from across East Anglia, these workshops look at developing an understanding of the sensory power of colour in abstraction and its potential impact on a physical, emotional and symbolic level.
Session 1: Session 1: Introduction to Colour - colour theory and colour palettes
Session 2: Experimenting with colour and developing a palette
Session 3: Response to colour - using a painting within the exhibition as a source
Places are strictly limited.
