Reopening the vistas of our mind.

How have abuse and selfish acts of non-consensual violation of our land and bodies ruptured our ability to stay tuned to nature? And in doing so separated us from the birth rights all living beings need in order to navigate the fabric of the world around them.

Come and journey with us through seven vistas of story telling. Daring to re-explore the broken, blocked and swollen areas that keep us at a distance from knowing our true origins.

A look at artifice, archetype, Archangel and the Marys. Warriors and wounding. Guardians and Gatekeepers.

Discover your own true north, as we open the map related to us through countless generations of wisdom keepers, mamas and storytellers. Gathering the sacred hoops as we re-encompass the 4 directions. Divulging forgotten viewpoints of mythology lost to us through the demonizing of women and animals, as we make a bid to reconnect the lost heritage of our Anglican tribal communities.

This exhibition has been curated by Antonia Layzell as part of The Minories’ Emerging Curator Residency, which has been funded by Hervey Benham Charitable Trust.
