Let’s Think About It!

Thinking More Clearly, Living More Consciously

A 6-week practice-based course for thoughtful adults in Colchester

Wednesdays 7pm - 9pm: 10, 17, 24 September and 1, 8 and 15 October 2025

This course invites curious minds to gather — not for lectures or debates, but for guided practices that help us reflect, think more clearly and live more intentionally. We will practice thinking skills and competencies, cultivating the courage to doubt and confront ourselves.

Through a blend of critical thinking activities, gentle philosophical prompts, and open dialogue, we’ll explore themes like:

  • Can we make assumptions? Which ones are valid?
  • What can we know about ourselves through the concerns that we have?
  • Can the others have any point I cannot see?
  • How can I read between the lines confidently?
  • Do I have the courage needed to seek the truth?

If you care about intellectual well-being and believe a check-up is worthwhile, join us! Prerequisites? None! Just bring courage and a curious mind.

What past participants say:

“More interactive, engaging, and practical than expected — it challenged me in different ways.”

“Thoroughly enjoyable and engaging. I liked being in a small group where everyone’s input mattered.”

Small group | All welcome | No background in philosophy needed
