The Online Shop & E‑Commerce Lead will establish and grow The Minories’ online retail offer, focusing on lower volume, higher value products that maximise profit while minimising operational effort. This is a freelance, primarily commission‑based role with a small retainer to cover core time for listings, maintenance, customer service and reporting.
